I have recently started going to the gym facility, in July of 2023, and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Sara at the front desk has been a delight for sure. When the holiday hours were shifting, she informed everyone, and that made it very helpful not to have to show up when they were closed. Ursula is right up there she always has a quick answer, and it is on it! When she doesn’t by the time, I’m on my way out of the gym within an hour, she has the answers. Great job! Great staff!!

I have been working with Angel for well over a year now and cannot say enough good things not only about her but about her work ethic as well. Working with property managers can be extremely difficult but working with Angel has been a huge breath of fresh air. She is very clear and concise on the scope of work that she wants done and is always very prompt to all meetings that we have had. She is always very quick to respond with any questions I may have as far as what she is looking for but is also very transparent on the needs of her clients and the proper amount of urgency that needs to be handled with it. Real Manage is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee that truly cares about her clients!!

I am a rental property mgr and we have dozens of rental in associations. RealManage is one of the biggest HOA mgmt companies around so no surprise they manage many associations our properties are in. I wanted to take moment to give Mark Parlanti, out of the Roselle office, a shout out. He is my automatic go to guy whenever I need something from assoc mgmt. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. It can be a rabbit hole sometimes, when calling an HOA mgmt company but Mark does make this a much smoother effort. Kudos Mark, keep up the good work, you are appreciated!
