The CiraNet Closing Portal is a customized, state-of-the-art portal for registered title companies, title/closing agents, attorneys, realtors and mortgage lenders to request and receive any statement of disclosure documents such as estoppels or resale certificates, lender questionnaires related to a planned sale or refinance of a property managed within the RealManage.

Closing Portal Registration Steps
If you are new to a community managed by RealMange you will need to set up an account.
**If your community has just recently contracted with, please allow approximately 30 days for the Owner / Resident Portal to be fully functional.
You may not be able to activate your account prior to this time.
Note: Username may not contain spaces.
NOTE: All Phone Numbers must be entered in (999)999-9999 format. Any number you cannot fill in can be left blank.
If you do not know your Location ID, click on blue link “Don’t Know” above the form.
Use the Search box to search for your Company’s Name and Physical Address.
If Unable to Locate your Company in the drop down list, click on the blue link above the drop down menu.
All phone numbers must be entered in (999)999-9999 format.
Your account will be verified over the next 24 hours, not including weekends. Once complete, you will be able to log in and order by clicking on “New Request” at the top of the page.
The RealManage Closing Portal is an online platform designed for title companies, closing agents, attorneys, realtors, and mortgage lenders to request and receive essential documents related to property sales or refinancing within communities managed by RealManage. These documents include statements of account, resale certificates, and lender questionnaires.
To register:
- Visit the Closing Portal login page.
- Click on “Register New Account” or “Don’t have an account?”
- Create your user account by entering the required information.
- Check your email for a verification link to activate your account.
- Complete your profile by providing additional details as prompted.
Please note that location verification may take up to 24 business hours.
You can request:
- Statement of Account (SOA): Details the current amount due from the owner, including future amounts, proration adjustments, and other charges.
- Resale Certificate: Provides information about the property and the community association, including governing documents, insurance certificates, and financial reports.
- Lender Questionnaire: Contains information required by mortgage lenders during the underwriting process.
Fulfillment times vary based on several factors. Generally, requests are completed within 5-7 business days, depending on the community. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.
You can monitor the status of your requests directly within the Closing Portal. Once completed, documents are available for download through the portal.
